    Wrongfully accused of rape but serving time?
    I have a brother presently serving time for rape, it was consentual but also finds out it was to set him up out of jealousy of him wanting to move on.Her story was different in court as well as her so call witness.No evidence of rape.But has admitted if he promise to be with her she will drop it, but he ended up getting picked up for prison transfer.Now she wants to see him an for him to see his 2yr old daughter.She has done this to him numerous of times in different acuses,I know why he keep dealing with her... well she threatens him of not seeing his daughter an he loves his daughter an she loves her dad.How can me his sister or find some answers.He don't want her to loose her privilege of being his daughters mom.What do I do please help me...

    The girlfriend wants to take the child to the jail to visit with your brother? I'm confused.

    Anyway - he needs (when he gets out) to go to Court and get visitation ordered by the Court. Then he most probably will pay support, visitation will be ordered, the drama will be over.

    You say he doesn't want the mother to lose custody of the child BUT if the mother is dangerous or abusive, then someone needs to report her to the Court.
