    Trying to remember the name of a movie
    I've been trying to remember the name of a movie I saw once.

    A woman returns to her old boarding school as a teacher and is shocked to discover that one of her students is a dead ringer for her best friend who(supposedly)committed suicide several years earlier.
    Strange events begin to occur around the student in question(I think her name was laurel) the woman begins to wonder if her friend's death really was suicide,so she begins to investigate with reluctant help from her lover(who used to date her best friend... yeah).
    In the end it is revealed that the woman's friend didn't commit suicide,she was murdered by the school's headmaster (who is also the father of the woman's lover) because she'd had a baby by his son and wanted to tell him(the son) that he was a father even after she'd already given the child up for adoption.
    Laurel turns out to be the child in question which is why she looks exactly like the best friend.

    So anyone got any ideas?
