    Child abandoment laws in Oklahoma
    The father of my child wants to be a dad after almost 3 years he has never bought or cared for her my daughter does not know who he is. Now he wants visitation is there any way I can get him for child abandoment and have all rights removed.

    Nope, not a chance. There are sticky notes at the top of this forum that deal with both issues. I suggest reading them.

    You may be able to force supervised visitation at first. But that's about it. The child is his as well. Just because he was a jerk and ignored the child at first, doesn't mean he abdicated his rights or that he won't be a good father now.
