Nope, not a chance. There are sticky notes at the top of this forum that deal with both issues. I suggest reading them.

You may be able to force supervised visitation at first. But that's about it. The child is his as well. Just because he was a jerk and ignored the child at first, doesn't mean he abdicated his rights or that he won't be a good father now.
