    I live in Florida and have joint custody. Mother has not seen 7 yo son in 7 months
    We have joint custody. She is diagnosed bipolar - probably has advanced to skitzophrenia. I want sole custody with supervised visitation for her for his safety. How can I accomplish this?

    You return to court if you have been there already and you request sole custody with the possibility of supervised visitation.
