Hi all:

I have a Kenmore Catalyst dryer that decides when it wants to work. Some days I can dry 4 loads, one right after the other, and other days it decides that it doesn't want to dry. When I open the door, the light turns on... but when I try to choose a cycle it will not tumble or dry at all. Sometimes I just unplug it and see if it works the next day while I cross my fingers. Please advise. I'll try anything.

Easy fix. Relays in the timer are worn out. Replace the time if you're so able or find someone that can. Find an appliance parts store and give them the unit number (on back pannel).
