    Run 220 to 4 110 outlets
    Is there a sub box I can wire to 220 so I have 4 110 outlets to run high power equipment

    This is something you would have to put together and install. There is nothing pre-fab that you can just slap in.

    You can also run two multi-wire circuits using "3-wire" to get you four 20A 120v circuits.
