a short animation I saw in the late 70's - a car drives past a compound with high walls that has winged creatures (human like) partying. We see the winged creatures, but the man in the car cannot see over the walls. He drives home and into his garage. The lights of his house come on, they turn off as the sun goes down. The sun comes up, and the man drives past the compound presumably on his way to work and returns back home once again past the compound with the winged creatures. We see the car with a ladder on top (I think) and the next scene is the sun coming up with the man in his car driving past the compound with dead winged creatures. (I suspect the man killed them all once he discovered they were having too good a time behind high/private walls). This film is an engram in my head, please help me put a name to it so I can get a copy of it or clip as a memento to the power of artistic expression. Thanks!
