    70's animation short films conformity
I need help locating the name or a link to a short film I was shown in school 20+ years ago... It was animated and I believe it was on conformity, no narration or words. All I remember is these characters all looked the same and had theses boards screwed to their backs and in the board was the shape of a shoe print. Throughout the film they would loosen & tighten these screws... the animation was Van Goghish, please end my complete obsession for months to figure this out!
