    Shoplifting canada
    Hi my name is karen I was caught shoplifting 35 years ago in pentition because as much as I can remember is we went to court and fined no probation or community service . My question is do you think I would have a record.

    The only way to know is to go to a Police Station and ask to have your record run. If you paid a fine, it very well may be on your record.
