    Bur cam easy flush sys our system is only 5 mo. Old and the float sticks.Why?
    We have a bur cam up flush system.Only 5 months old.The float in the tank sticks now and than.If we hit the pipe it frees up.Today it leaked a few gallons of sewer water out.How can we fis this float ?

    Hi Potty...

    It is possible that something got stuck on the top of the float arm... happens sometimes. Best bet here will be to open up system up and examine the float and float arm... see if something is hanging onto the top stopping the float arm from working properly.

    If that fails to show something conclusive then you may need to remove the pump and examine the impeller inside the unit... could have something caught in it causing issues with start up... could be?

    Finally if that fails to expose the issue it could be that you have a defective pump there. AT that point I would suggest calling the Bur Cam people and ask them to send you a new pump... could be under warranty if only 5 months old... ;)
