    How to convince your mother to let you get an industrial piercing?
    So my mom thinks that "gay club kids" have this piercing. My dad is fine with me having an industrial, but my mom insists that "teachers will think I'm a shoplifter." She offered to let me get one cartilage piercing, but she is against a single bar through two holes in my ear. I am in no way exaggerating. I am 15 going on 16 in a couple months, and I am willing to pay for everything involved with getting this piercing. What else can I do to convince her to let me get it?

    You could offer to do dishes and clean the house for a couple of months.

    Do you want it that badly?

    You could go with the compromise and get it done when your older.

    She is not saying 'no',she is meeting you half way,give her a break and meet her half way to.

    She's being understanding and knows your trying to express yourself,but your still her baby,and she wants the best for you.

    Give her a break.
