    Harbour breeze Remote issue
I have just purchased a Harbour Breeze universal remote with wall control. The remote works fine. The wall control does not operate. I have verified 110 in and have zero resistance to the circuit. It will at times work once either to change fan speed or shut the light off or on ,then is absent with out leave for the most part. I believe this to be a concern with the wall control unit? Your input if you have any known concerns.

Have you checked the dip switches on the wall control to see if they match the remote? How many wires does the wall control have?

Harbour Breeze fan remote control problem [ 3 Answers ]

I was able to prove that my remote control problem is inside the fan, not the remote itself. I reset the dip switches and tried in on an identical fan and the remote works. I assume the problem is the transmitter inside the fan. Is this a customer replaceable part? If yes, where can I buy it?...
