First off, thank you for your help. I have gone through 3 NEW ceiling fans, the first one popped and died while I was sitting in the room. Thinking it was defective, I returned it. Upon the installation of the second one, I noticed the motor was RIDICULOUSLY hot after running only a short time....

Hi. I installed my Kendal ceiling fan and light but the blades won't turn on their own. The motor hums and if I turn the blades to get it going they turn, but there is a hideous grinding noise as the blades rub against the light casing below. Is there any way to adjust the blades so it will turn...

My mother is attached to a hard sought and found outside wall mount lamp above her garage. The metal lamp case sets off my current indicator as much as 110-120 volts do. I knew we have touched it in the past with no consiquences unknowing it was a bit hot. So the voltage leaking into it is low....
