OK so I have a problem which I am too embarrassed to go to the doctors about, here goes. I have been with my partner for a year within which I have had a miscarriage I also had one with my previous partner, since then every time me and my parter have sex its really painful and I often bleed afterwards I also become very sore we have tried lubrication which doesn't seem to help at all and we are hoping to have a baby in the next year or so but with sex being this painfull I am worried that things might not be quite right 'down there' but I am so scared of seeing a doctor as s/he might want me to have a smear test and that terrifies me because of how painfull sex is. Has anyone else ever had a problem similar to this that could shead some light over it?

Please see your doctor asap!! Pain is an indicator something is wrong. Since we here can't examine you, we have no way of knowing what that wrong thing is. An internal exam and smear test would be nothing compared to having sex. Get this checked out, and please let us know!
