    Ignition
    Most of the time my 1990 civic starts just fine, then I'll go to the store, come back to leave, turn the key and it cranks fine but acts like no spark or flooded, usually sit 5 minutes and it will start. Doesn't happen all the time, only at the wrong times.

    Replace the Ignition Control Module (ICM) and coil:
