    I need help with getting my mom custody
    My parents have been divorced for about 2 years now and my dad got remarried about a year ago. I absolutely hate my stepmom. She calls my 8 year old sister a and always puts her kids before us. I also have a brother but he remains pretty nuetral on this (he is 10.) My mom has us every Monday Wednesday and Friday. My dad has us every Tuesday and every other weekend and Thursday. I want to be with my mom full time, and so does my sister. Please help I am 14 and I don't want to live here anymore.

    You mom will need to hire an attorney and file in court to have the custody modified.
