Yeah, I am working on a 8000 sq ft 3 unit condo... and I am woundering how much I should charge per sq ft... I also need to know how much to charge for decks per sq ft. I live in Georgia, that should help a little bit on that part of things... I need this answered as soon as possible.

First a pressure washer is about the last thing you really want to use on a deck, it can cause damage to the wood, use chemicals with low pressure hoses.

Is the 8000 sq ft, the leght and high of the walls, not inside condo space.
A standard 3 bedroom home is about 2000 sq feet of wall space to clean and in GA a normal rate is about 100 to 125 dollars for it.

You will get about 100 dollars just for a deck if you do it property. Normally this is done with a brush and stiff broom and proper chemicals depending on the type of wood and coating.
