    Teen refusing prenatal care
    She is 16 years old,with no prenatal care.she did drugs till about 5 mo.she's 8 mo. Now still refusing any care.is there anything anyone can do for the unborn

    You can call child and family services or department of human services. This is considered child endangerment.

    I called everyone.I was told they won't do anything.
