    Refusing to take payment
If you have a bill with someone and you offer to pay them what you can which is like 25 dollars. If they refuse to take it what can you do?

If taking the money is part of an offer for making payments, they don't have to agree to taking payments if they are not realistic payments.

For example if you owe 20,000 someone is not going to take 25 dollars a month payment You would have to make maybe 150 to 200 dollars a onth payment
