My girlfriend wants a break, she says were drifting apart. What can I do?
Me and my girlfriend have been together for nearly 2 years now. She's 18 and I am 22.
My girlfriend has always been completely bessoted with me, constantly asking about our future, asking me to marry her, move in together, and she's even decided the names of our future children.
But recently she has become distant and in the last 2 or 3 months we've been arguing over that now she's turned 18 all she ever wants to do is go out with her friends clubbing.I don't mind her going out its just she's not been making time for me. She says its because I make her feel bad for going out and she kind of dislikes me because of it.
I can see where she's coming from, its not that I don't want her to go out its just that I'm scared of losing her, and I suppose I don't want her to get attention from boys and find someone else. We haven't been having sex either, probably because she dislikes me at the moment.she has also been adding boys on Facebook which is unlike her.
We are now on a break and since being on the break I have realised what I was doing was pushing her away. We have spoke about it and we are meeting on Monday.
I love her more than anything in the world and we are meeting up in a couple of days to give it another go.
I would really appreciate any help with my situation, e.g.. Things to say and do to make her fall in love with me again and assure her I will stop being insecure and so we can be happy again.
I would love to spend the rest of my life with her.
Thanks.

When she was 16 you were 20,that in its self is suspect, however to address your question.
I would think the talking of future children etc was that of a young teen who no doubt was besotted by the attention of a 20 year old man,now that she has turned 18, perhaps she sees that there is more to life.
Going out, clubbing, seeing friends, that's what 18 years old do!
Give her her freedom, and ask yourself some serious questions as how you were attracted to a child, and at 16, that's what she was.

Okay , she is still young she wants to have her fun but that doesn't me that you'll grow apart or anything.. let her enjoy her life and she will love you even more , she will realize that you're letting her live her life freely while always being there for her and loving her..
If you don't like that she is always out with her friends clubbing maybe you should go out with he and meet her friends and get to know them and show her that your interested instead of angry of what she id doing.
Trust me that would work I've had the same problem with my boyfriend and he one time came up to me and said 'ivve been thinking , its not fair to me to ask you to stay with me all the time and having time to spend with your friends.. I think that you have to enjoy your life' I answered 'are you sure?'
He said 'yes'
I suggested that he would come with me and he came and we turned out having loads of fun together alone and with my friends and his'
