Reasonable cost to get the dryer vent cleaned & certified
In my townhome community, we are required to get our dryer vents inspected, cleaned and certified clean by a licensed company. What is a reasonable cost for this service? Who should we contact, an air duct cleaning company? Would they do this service?

Also, the water collection pan underneath our washer/dryer unit has broken and we need to replace it. The unit weighs so much, how do people change the pan at the bottom? Is it safe to tilt the unit forward or backward?
