    Annulment time frame in MA
    How long is too long to be married before it is too late for an annullment?

    You can get an annulment at any time if you have grounds.

    What are your grounds?

    It isn't really for me, it is for my friend. She got married kind of on a whim to an old high school sweetheart who was supposed to of cleaned up his act. They just got married I believe like 2 months ago, quick thing at city hall. Well, last night, he blew through a $100o paycheck, and never came home. She knows he is using again, and she has a 5 yr old daughter, and doesn't want that nonsense around her daughter.

    I see grounds for divorce; I don't see annulment grounds.
