It isn't really for me, it is for my friend. She got married kind of on a whim to an old high school sweetheart who was supposed to of cleaned up his act. They just got married I believe like 2 months ago, quick thing at city hall. Well, last night, he blew through a $100o paycheck, and never came home. She knows he is using again, and she has a 5 yr old daughter, and doesn't want that nonsense around her daughter.

I see grounds for divorce; I don't see annulment grounds.
