After I got laid off, they didn't deposit my last paycheck into my account. What to do
    Hi,

I got laid of from my work that I've been working for more than 9 months.

In my last day in the company which is 2 weeks ago they said I'll get my last paycheck into my bank account as usual. Today my last paycheck which was supposed to be in my account by today is not there. I've called one of my colleagues and asked if she got her paycheck into her account to make sure if it was about payroll company delay or not. Her answer was "it was there" so I've called my boss this morning to ask what was going on and he didn't pick up the phone.

It seems they just don't want pay so what should I do? What should I say/do them to make them pay my last paycheck as they supposed to pay?

    Something like this:

    "Hello."

"Hi. This is John Bold. You just laid me off. But my last paycheck was not directly deposited in my account. Why not?"
