    Direct Deposit Paycheck Stubs
    I would like to know if an employer who has direct deposit for their employees, has to comply with a time limit to send or give the paycheck stub to the employee.

    My employer shreds them after two months of not picking them up. But ours are also posted online. I think it varies based on the employer and/or state. The best route is to ask your employer.

    They wouild be available or supplied on payday, the same day the money is transferred and/or same day other employees would get their physcial check
