    Underage Drinking In Georgia
    A GA 20-year old was given a citation for underage drinking. What happens if he doesn't pay the fine and skips his court date?

    A warrant (which never expires) is issued and, when located, he is arrested.

    The last thing they want to do, we did 100's of them in Fulton county court. If they had a clean record and were not a jerk to the judge, he would give them about 30 to 40 hours of community service, they return the next month and he drops all charges.

    So go to court, pay a small fine at worst.

    You skip, they put a warrant out for your arrest and normally you will stay in jail for a few days at least, then pay a fine and have a record
