    Miscarriage fear.
    I am 9wks pregnant, (my 1st) I am worried about having a miscarriage. I have noticed I have any injury on the surface of my vagina entrance and having discharge. What do I do can this lead to a miscarriage. I also notice that the tenderness of my breast has reduced somewhat though I still have dizzy spells and nausea.

    I think you should contact your doctor to express your fears.

    Its normal to fear miscarriage, but you don't want to let that stress affect your well being.

    Tenderness of your breasts and other symptoms will come and go with your pregnancy - its common.
