I am 9wks pregnant, (my 1st) I am worried about having a miscarriage. I have noticed I have any injury on the surface of my vagina entrance and having discharge. What do I do can this lead to a miscarriage. I also notice that the tenderness of my breast has reduced somewhat though I still have dizzy spells and nausea.
