    Family attorneys in kennebunk Maine
I need free advice about my rights as an out of state parent to see my daughter. I had to move to Maine (daughter lives with dad in Florida). I am broke and have no money to see daughter. Father has money but will not send her. A family friend paid daughters way to see me in February. Last time I saw her. Please help me.

I believe it's that parents obligation to pay their own way to see the child... not the custodial parent to foot the bill for it. They are just obligated to allow it. This may sound harsh... but you are the one that moved to Maine... its up to you to find a way to pay for the trips or not take them.
