    Why am I such a mess?
    I have depression and am on medication but I am still constantly feeling down. I can't seem to find the energy to do anything, my flat is a mess, I am a mess and I am always running away from everything difficult. That has got me into some debt ad now I feel like my friends are pulling away from me and I know this is because I box myself away and won't let anyone in. I feel like I am drifting I don't know what I want in life. I know that this is something that only I can fix, I am just putting this out there thank you for reading my rambling.

    Are you in any type of counseling. Some medications need to be changed. You also need to talk to your doctor.

    Yeah,so we can be in a mess.

    What is the next right thing to do?You know how to continue down the path of self destruction,that's easy.The hard thing is taking the first steps towards the other direction.
