    Child support and adoption
    I live in baltimore can my boyfriend who has been the father in my child's life for 3 years adopt her . Although her biologcal father does not see her he pays child support

    Why do you want to give up rights to your child? Since your not married it would be a sole adoption. I always find it puzzling how women keep thinking its better to give their rights to their boyfriend.

    If you get married and the father will agree to sign over his rights to allow the adoptoin
