    Can my husband force me to live separately at my expense
    Can be husband force me to live separately (stay in my pre-marital home)
    At my expense, so he can carry on his affairs with women. (he is a control freak)

    He sounds like more then a control freak. He can't force you to do anything you don't want to do. Why do you put up with it, when you can just move out. I don't know what you mean though 'live separately in your premarital home (dont you mean marital home), Do you mean, you live in a separate part of the house and he brings in women in his part? You could explain more.

    No, he never let me move in with him at all. He has lived in my home, but I had no access to his, and he had 1000 excuses why we wouldn't live together in
    One and sell the other. i.e. not ready to sell, need to sell both, find a new place etc... blah, blah, blah! I have already filed for divorce twice and then ran out of money. Now my house is in foreclosure (after 13 years of this) and instead of letting me move in his home (BIG house) he filed for divorce!
    His house is paid off! I will be homeless. He makes a lot of money over 100K but LIES about everything. This has also forced me into bankruptcy! Keeping up a home on my own during this marriage has cost me about $360,000.00. So now here's the "premarital" downside.
    What's his is his, what's mine is mene, although "mine" is worthless.

    During 13 years of marriage you lived in separate homes? Why did you put up with that for so long? You should be able to get him to foot some of these bills.

    You need to consult with a divorce attorney in your jurisdiction. If you're worried about the fees find one who is willing to give you a no-charge initial consultation. You probably have a right to some sort of property division. But you need to assert your rights, and it's best to see a lawyer to find out what those rights are.
