    What's the best way to treat severe sunburn?
    I stayed in the sun for four hours unprotected and now I am roasted like burnt my skin is all bubbly and extremely painful. What the best way to cope with the pain.

    Try aloe vera gel, that can help soothe and heal. If the burn is really severe you should really see your doctor.

    Cold compresses and sunburn cream will help too. Most pharmacies carry over the counter sunburn cream or gel.

    Make sure to stay covered or stay indoors until you're healed. You don't want it to get worse.
