My ex fiancé will not allow me any visitation rights. I am listed as her father on the birth certificate and I signed a Tennessee Document stating I was the paternal father. Ever since we finally broke up I am told how, when , where , and who about everything to do with my daughter. All I would like is my visitation rights as a dad and allow her other family (grandparents, cousins, aunts, uncles) an opportunity to know her as well. Is this legal to keep a child from her father just because the mom is mad and wants to control every aspect.

What you need to do is go to court for custody. That way the games will end. For right now without any orders of the court she has custody. Keep all records of her refusal for letting you see and interact with the child. Go to court right away and get your visitation settled. Are you paying child support? If not that is another issue your going to have to settle up with. Do it right away.

When you went to court, what are the days and times she is orderd to allow the visits in the court order ? What is the court ordered child support also ?
