    How to lose weight
    Hi there,

    I want to know how to loose weight... I tried everything... sex, sport etc... but nothing helped... so what should I do?? Please answer seriously

    How old are you? I'm not so sure this is a serious question either. You don't lose weight having sex. You lose and maintain weight through healthy eating and exercise. Maybe it's a good time for you to take a break from the computer and go get some exercise.

    Yea... im 27 years old... I read in internet that sex is good for losing weight... but I'm not sure anymore... so how can I loose weight? Yes this question is serious...

    While I question the seriousness of this post as well, I'll give you a quick answer...

    Losing weight is all about calories, burn more than you take in each day. Diet is more important the exercise but combining both will yield the best results. Cut down how much you eat and write down everything you eat each day, anything less than 1200 calories per day is unhealthy. Do some form of cardiovascular exercise just about everyday of the week and do it at a high heart rate. That's the very brief answer...

    And on the sex thing... Depending on the position and duration, sex could be considered exercise but there is nothing magical about sex that makes you lose weight.
