Need to lose weight soon!
I want to lose weight fast. And I mean quick smart.. I don't want to go to the gym, have pills, go on doctor stuff. I just want to lose weight healthly.. if I cnt do it fast, then how can I lose weight in a few weeks? I'm approx. 62 kilos and I want to lose enough so I'm slim. I want to lose weight on my thighs, stomach, neck, arms and that's all. Please help!

You are not fat, perhaps only a little overweight (you miss to indicate your height).
So some kind of sports is absolutely necessary, besides that it is healthy. Together with some diet plan.
For me what always works is, I eat literally only the half off what I eat normally. And avoid soft drinks, beer, pizza, fried stuff and so on, together with some jogging. Works wonders.
Again, 62 Kilos isn't a lot, so don't panic.

I have the solution and am 40lbs light in the last moth and a half. You are going to have to do some exercise or you will have flappy areas in your neck, arms, and legs. If you thought the fat was bad wait till you see hangy skin. Take what you normally eat a day or a little lessand break it into 6 or more small meals. This increases your metabolism. I leave cut fruit and other quick snacks available, because it is quicker to grab something that make something when you are busy. I even changed my candy jar to trail mix at work. It disappears faster than the candy did. I also walk around the block every night and rent exercise programs from the local video store. This is all I do. I even have a beer or two and soda and ice cream. This is the safest way to go. My doctor said so. When you withhold food your body starts to store it as fat. Starving yourself only makes it worst. I am 5'4" so fat on me looks worst. I have went from a size L(14) to a size S (8) in the last month and a half. I was worried at how much at first but the doctor says it is healthy weight loss so it's okay. When I leveled out weight wise (no more dropped on the scale) in fact some gained back and was still getting smaller I was confused. He said it was fat that was turning into muscle. Yahoo changing the diet.
