    First time homebuyers
Where do I find the basic information for first time homebuyers? I want to know the basic law, not what a real estate person has to say or a mortgage co. Im not interested in the credit at this point. I am about to give up. Suggestions?

Well first laws vary by area. So without knowing your area its hard to answer. Second, what laws are you concerned about? There really aren't a lot of laws specific for first time buyers.

Sorry, you don't want to know about what the real estate agent has to say, you don't want to know about loans,

That really is about it, expect finding either a house you want, or finding a really good deal. You will need home inspections of course
