I got a 91 civic I changed the cap dirsderb roter, plugs, wires, valve cover gasket, seals, and still the car don't want to run good. Once I turn it on after a few minutes the check engine light turns on then when I drive it I could only pick up the speed to 75mph. When I shift in the gears I can't rev it all the way when I do it bogs out. I check the code light under the passanger dash it flashs 4 times then 8 back to back? Please help me!

4 CKP - Crank Position Sensor

8 TDC - Top Dead Center Sensor

Since you are registering these codes, the distributor is shot. The internal sensors have failed and they are not serviceable. Install only a new genuine Honda distributor housing--other brands are not reliable.
