    Miscarried on valentines day and don't know what's going on. Help?
    So I miscarried on valentines day but I never went to the doctors. I just had a feeling that I was and then when my period didn't come I was certain that I was. But my fiancé didn't believe me until I started eating more than usual and gaining weight. I was about two months pregnant when I miscarried and I still haven't gotten my period back and I get nausea every time I take a bite of something. I know it should tke up tp 6 weeks to get your period back after you miscarry.so why haven't I gotten mine back? It's been well over 6 weeks.

    You need to go to the doctor to make sure that all products of conception have been passed. If you did have a miscarriage there is always a possibility of not passing everything which could set you up for infection or more serious problems affecting your fertility.

    Unfortunately we are not doctors here and we can only give advice, not diagnose. A doctor's visit is paramount for your overall health and well being.
