    Taken from the deceased
    A person in my family has been killed in a motorcycle accident. Since the accident another family member who is not a beneficiary has taken advantage of the situation. He has taken possessions of the deceased without the consent of the appointed beneficiary.

    How, did they break down a door and take something ?

    Have they asked for the items back

    Has the theft been reported to the police
