    Taken from the deceased
    A person in my family has been killed in a motorcycle accident. Since the accident another family member who is not a beneficiary has taken advantage of the situation. He has taken possessions of the deceased without the consent of the appointed beneficiary.

    What do you mean by "appointed beneficiary"?
