    If you really mean "translate", the effect would probably not be what you intended... (Lola seems to come from Dolores/Aloise meaning "sorrows", and "Grace" seems to mean the opposite?)

    Probably you mean merely transliterate, to write the words exactly as they sound, in the script usually used for Sanskrit (Devanagari script). That can be done:

    लोला ग्रेस्

    (corresponds to the pronunciation (IPA) loːlɑː greːs̪, which seems as close as one can get.)
