    Gas furnace
I have a Carrier gas furnace model 58BA100-2A. When the thermostat calls for heat, the burner ignites and then the blower comes on (seems normal up to now). The burner only stays lit for a very short time and goes off, so the blower is now blowing cold air into the house. Any ideas on why the burner in only on for such a short time?

Thanks in advance for your help.
