Having cramps w/o period
I usually get my period every three months. It's been like that since I got it, almost eight years ago.
For the past few days, I've been having cramps and my breasts hurt. And I have been having protect sex for about two months. I'm not on the pill.
I'm very scared because it's been four months, and I'm off schedule. Usually, if I'm severally stressed out, I miss a month or so, but never had I cramps.
I'm also kind of scared to even take a test or go to the doctor. I've also never been close to my mom to talk to her about it.
Help?

You have two choices... find the courage to take a test so you can know one way or the other and move on from there, or give it another month and see what happens at that time. Downside of waiting, you will continue to worry until if/when your period shows up, and you may just need to take a test at that time anyway.
Obviously the sooner you know the sooner you can have some peace of mind that you aren't likely pregnant or, if you are pregnant, the sooner you can face the next stage of deciding what you want to do about an unplanned pregnancy.
If you aren't pregnant, you may want to consider using two sources of birth control to reduce the odds of pregnancy even more, thus giving you greater peace of mind. Good luck!
