Can I put a bigger ball on my eyebrow piercing?

Can I put a bigger ball on my eyebrow piercing?

So I was wondering, I accidentally bought some tongue rings that are the same gauge as my eyebrow piercing except the balls on them are huge, can I make some good out of this and use them?
