I see things that aren't real, they scare me and I am going wako because of them, I don't like talking face to face with people about it but writing it downs not a problem, I see thing floating like head, wolves, hands, shadows, people that aren't there. When I do see them they can really freak me out. I don't know what it is or is it just a phobia of something. Have I done something that has made me see all things like this. I have two cats and at night when it is pitch black and the door opens because my cats are coming in my heart races is that normal. When something creaks in my house I go really silent and stay as still as possible because I don't know what it is. You know the windows that are right next to each other but have about 10 cm of wall in between them, one side I will see someone in a blac cloak no face shown head down hands together completely black then in the next window they won't be there.

Is this normal has any one else experenced this.
Should I be worried

Get out of the house & start socializing with other people. This concentration on your fears (real or imagined) will drive you towards insanity. Leave your personal world & enjoy being with other people.
