OK I am a home less felon and need a job and a place to live but have no money . How do I get a grant

You will still
1. have to have a income to pay the actual mortgage under the tighter guidelines now in place
2. have some down payment normally for at least closing costs


So with no job, and no money, you can not buy a home.
