I'm trying to get pregnant, could I be infertile?
My husband and I are newlyweds, and have decided its time to try and have a family. Well three months in and were still not pregnant. I have been charting my cycle monthly, using ovulation tests, and were having sex everyday for 5-6 days during my most fertile time. I lay on my back after, I'm doing EVERYTHING, but I'm not getting pregnant. I have consulted my parents, and his, they both got pregnant on their first tries with us. I know I'm not the only one, but this is my life, having children is my life. I've never been so scared, I know it hasn't been a long time we have been trying but I also realize that at 22 I should be at my most fertile, and when I'm doing everything accordingly, while trying to of course stay calm and keep my stress level at a minimal after ovulation, I'm running out of hope. I will be seeing a dr. soon, but is there a chance I have endometriosis? I have had pain during sex before (during deep penetration), my cycles are only 26 days, often heavy, with painful cramps. I also experience cramps other times during my cycle.
I need some very helpful advice to ease my mind, I feel like my life could be chattering before me. This is the worst thing that I could have happen to me.
    Thanks.

3 months?? It can take over a year even tracking everything. Checking with a doctor is a good thing always but you are not giving it far enough time

Three months of actively trying is not a long time. It usually takes the average couple up to a year of actively trying before conception occurs. The stress that comes with trying to conceive can actually hinder the process.

If you have not done so yet, it's best that you and your husband have a pre-conception check up by your doctors.

My husband and I have been married a year, and were having the same problems... I was getting so frustrated!! So I finally quit trying and if it happened it happened and BAM this new month POSITIVE so relax don't think so much... Stress can greatly effect your chance of becoming pregnant... best wishes

Keep trying . Three months is nothing! Don't despair.
