    Can I sue my soon to be ex husband for marriage frud
    Can I sue my husband for marrying me just to receive extra money from the government?

    You can always "sue" I doubt you would win, since as married, that would be your funds also

    No, he didn't defraud you. You have no case. It would be the government to bring charges not you because if anyone was defrauded it was them.
